The DHHS Vic was introducing a new HR system, ‘Our People’ , as a consolidated point of engagement for its many thousands of employees spread across the state.

Burninghouse was charged with delivering clear, engaging animation content to introduce and explain the platform. We liaised with the Department to understand the drivers behind the system and settled on positioning ‘Our People’  as a modernised, streamlined and simplified platform representing 1 stop staff engagement.

Shared across the internal communications channels this animation was a key to the successful introduction of the platform, raising awareness and understanding in the audience and smoothing the path for the hassle free introduction of the new interface.
